Repairs & Maintenance expenditure fell by 5% since 2014/15 as Accounts Published
Findings so far as 120 out of 160 housing providers publish their 2015/16 accounts reveal that overall Repairs and Maintenance expenditure has fallen by 5% since 2014/15.
A series of global accounts insights produced by Vantage Business Solutions reveals that the biggest area of reduced spend is on major works, with an 11% drop in spend. This has resulted in a decrease of £108 on average spend per property.
Vantage are offering unprecedented insight into the sectors financial performance via the online tool Global Accounts Plus.
