The first of a new series of global accounts insights produced by Vantage Business Solutions reveals figures from the published accounts of 9 of the top 10 largest housing associations in England by stock shows their combined surplus rose from £1.1bn in 2014/15 to £1.25bn in 2015/16.
Vantage are offering unprecedented insight into the sectors financial performance via the benchmarking tool Global Accounts Plus. Its aim is to empower housing associations to make informed decisions whilst setting future budgets by presenting the final accounts of the top 200 registered providers in a meaningful way.
