Providing value for money service whilst not compromising on delivery, shouldn’t be hard. Vantage demonstrate this with a clutch of new wins. At the very beginning of this new year, they are working with two new clients and undertaking a new project with an existing customer.

POBL, the largest housing association (HA) in Wales, has appointed Vantage Business Solutions to drive forward its transformation agenda. This is a large full-scope piece of work to be carried out over three years. POBL, which means people in Welsh, is the result of a merger between Derwen HA in Newport and Charter HA in Swansea. Multi-award winning POBL has a strong history of collaboration and working closely with experts. Vantage, as an industry leader in repairs and maintenance improvement, is well placed to work with POBL on this transformational improvement programme.

Amanda Davies, Group Chief Executive said “Working with the team at Vantage will help us make a greater difference for our customers. We look after over 16 thousand homes across Wales and we want to offer our customers the very best service. The work that we are doing with Vantage will improve value for money for our tenants, identifying efficiencies and innovative ways to continuously improve our services.”

Leading G15 Housing Association, Genesis, has appointed Vantage to lead the transformation and improvement of its Repairs and Maintenance Service.

Vantage Chief Executive, Tony Bryan said “We are delighted to announce a new partnership with Genesis. This programme of work will allow us to identify dynamic and sustainable ways to drive improvements and generate cost savings for Genesis to directly reinvest into new development programmes and improvements to existing stock.

Midland Heart, for whom Vantage has previously delivered bespoke pieces of work, has recommissioned Vantage to support a second project.

David Taylor, executive director of operations at Midland Heart said: “We are continuing our work with Vantage to maximise efficiencies across our portfolio. This on-going project is vitally important to ensuring we are providing a high-level, value for money service to over 32,000 households across the Midlands.”
