Vantage developed a membership club for Chief Financial Officers and Finance Directors to drive business improvement.

About Us

The PI Club was founded in early 2016 and initially brought together 14 ambitious Finance Directors from Registered Providers across the country. Led by Tony and the team, they thrashed out exactly what the future for benchmarking and performance improvement could look like. Out of this discussion, the key focus of the group was agreed; to go beyond benchmarking and really look at performance improvement, hence the name. The PI Club has been developed with its members from the ground up. It is underpinned by strategic business intelligence, including our own Global Accounts Plus, which enables members to run their businesses better. Using the right balance of forward looking and historical information we enable RPs to make better strategic decisions.

Using a number of key metrics, including the latest Regulator value for money metrics, we baseline member’s performance and track their progress and improvement. In this way the Club help’s its members generate financial savings which can be reinvested into:
