The Improvement Club was founded in early 2016 and initially brought together 14 ambitious Finance Directors from Registered Providers across the country. The Club has been developed with its members from the ground up. It is underpinned by strategic business intelligence, including our own Global Accounts Plus, which enables members to run their businesses better. Using the right balance of forward looking and historical information we enable RPs to make better strategic decisions.
Using a number of key metrics, including the latest Regulator value for money metrics, we baseline member’s performance and track their progress and improvement. In this way the Club help’s its members generate financial savings which can be reinvested into:
