Peter helps deliver the Vantage Performance Improvement club, and specialises in performance improvement, analytics, digital inclusion, business transformation and change. Previously a Director in RSM Consulting Practice where he led the RSM Social Housing Practice & Consulting Team. He also ran Baker Tillys Back Office Benchmarking programme. Peter regularly has articles published in the sectors leading journals and has been a guest speaker at many conferences. Peter holds a number of Non-Executive roles, at EPIC Housing, Citizens Advice Bureau and Bradford University.
Steve has been driving strategic change and Lean implementation for over 30 years. With a background in the automotive, manufacturing, engineering, transport and renewable energy sectors, he has delivered major change initiatives across Europe, North America and the Far East improving performance and bottom line return. Having formally trained and undertaken a mentorship with a Toyota Sensei, Steve is a strategic thinker with a natural problem-solving ability. He has both the skills and experience to have genuine insight and advise clients of the most appropriate solution to their challenge. Alan has over 35 years’ experience in the construction and maintenance industry, the last 25 years being within the social housing sector. Alan has worked for major contractors delivering repairs, capital and development programmes with Mears, MITIE and Engie working in business development, operations and as managing director. Working as a consultant and interim director, Alan has led business and cultural transformational programmes within asset management, compliance and direct labour teams for housing associations and councils. Alan has a real passion for improving the customer journey and is commercially savvy whilst having a pragmatic approach to re-aligning operating models.

David is an expert in the social housing sector, specialising in procurement of housing maintenance and improvement contracts, covering all aspect of maintenance. David is the author of the M3NHF Schedule of Rates and its modules. He specialises in developing joint procurement and evaluation procedures for multi-client situations and contract implementation. David chairs pre-contract, core group and post mobilisation meetings and undertakes VFM reviews. Head of PI Club and GAP
Jane has been working for Vantage for over 12 years and brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge of the social housing sector. She has been involved in the PI Club since its inception and manages the Club on a day to day basis. She is the first point of contact for FDs, coordinating and overseeing the online sharing portal. Jane gathers the statistical data needed to assist FD’s in their budgeting, benchmarking and forward planning. She organises and facilitates the meetings, ensuring relevant and topical themes are covered. As the head of Global Accounts Plus, Jane ensures that the social housing performance data is up to date, accessible and presented in fresh ways to help the sector drive performance improvement.
Aaron is a business analyst at Vantage, working with clients to review and interpret data and financial information. With a Masters degree in Astrophysics, he is an integral part of the client delivery team. Aaron provides insightful analysis of this information to support project reviews, recommendations and implementation of tailored solutions. Aaron has developed innovative costing models that enable scenario planning to support option appraisals and set financial targets.
