Financial State of the Sector FY24/25

The State of the Sector report provides an overview of the performance of the social housing sector, based on the results of over 120 RP’s covering almost 90% of the sector. We will present the headlines and key themes from the report and discuss these in the context of the challenges currently facing the sector. We will present the ‘first look’ headlines, trends and comparisons along with highlights from the sector’s future financial forecasts.
