FUTURE LEADERS: THE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS PROGRAMMES FOR SOCIAL HOUSING MANAGERS
The Future Leaders programmes drive-up commercial acumen and strategic awareness among Assets and Repairs, Housing Services and Corporate Services leaders to meet the challenges facing the sector.
Specifically designed for managers and senior managers, this programme will boost commercial and strategic acumen to help tackle the challenges presented by the current operating environment.
The programmes equip managers with knowledge, tools and techniques to improve the effectiveness and productivity of their service area. The programme will also provide insight into the strategic pressures and key drivers of a social housing provider, and a greater understanding of the impact their role, and decision making, has on the organisation and customers.
The Future Leaders programmes are delivered across a series of 6 interactive half-day workshops, providing an engaging, dynamic and practically based learning environment for participants. In a blended approach, managers will learn from senior sector experts, Vantage specialists and peers.
