Are you are a Repairs and Maintenance Director? If so, we’d like to invite you to join our Strategic R&M Forum. The group currently consists of 30 members at senior levels, including Group Operations Directors, Asset Management Directors, Property Services Directors and Directors of Property and Development. Meeting approximately three times per year, this strategic group of Directors comes together to share best practice in Asset Management and R&M.
The next forum is scheduled to take place on Thursday 17 May in Birmingham. At this meeting, we will be hearing from Russell Thompson, Executive Director of Property Services at Thirteen Group and Conan McKinley, Deputy Director of Asset Strategy at Gentoo. We will also be asking the question ‘do we have a skills shortage in the sector?’ and if so, ‘how do we achieve a successful and commercial performance culture?’.
