Due to ongoing growth, we are recruiting to expand our consultancy team, this role will be vital to support, deliver and enhance the Vantage service offer.
You will be involved in working with a portfolio of clients within the Social Housing Sector. Projects will be focused around the Repairs and Maintenance operations whilst working with the key stakeholders of this service.
Vantage projects span strategic alignment, supply chain management and process re-engineering including deployment of new IT solutions.
The role involves working within a small dedicated team, with a ‘can-do’ attitude giving you the opportunity to thrive in environment that offers the responsibility to directly deliver and influence projects; allowing you to demonstrate your desire to make a positive and tangible impact.
We are looking for a Business Consultant with experience in business change to be part of our team. Working with Housing Associations nationally, we need people who have:
- Proven project management experience and a track record delivering major projects
- Skilled in analysing complex problems and deliver insightful and practical solutions
- Excellent leadership skills
Candidates must be able to travel nationwide.
