CEOs Roundtable FY23/24
Save the date: Monday 11th November 2024 for a round table online event to bring together CEOs from across the country facilitated by Rob Bryan, CEO, Vantage. We will be joined by panellists Matt Forest, CEO, Thirteen Group, Jonathan Higgs, CEO, Raven Housing Trust, Tina Barnard, CEO, Watford Community Housing, to discuss current and future challenges facing the sector and reveal the Financial State of the Sector FY23/24 results. We will also be joined by Jonathan Walters, Deputy Chief Executive at the Regulator of Social Housing presenting the regulators perspective..
Now in its ninth year, the State of the Sector report provides an overview of the performance of the social housing sector, based on the results of over 120 RP’s covering almost 90% of the sector. We will present the headlines and key themes from the report and discuss these in the context of the challenges currently facing the sector. We will present the ‘first look’ headlines, trends and comparisons along with highlights from our 30 year FFR forecasts. Take a look at last years analysis here.
