What was the main driver for you to join the Performance Improvement Club?
To be part of an innovative club that focused less on historical information and spent more time discussing wider issues and looking at how performance indicators can drive genuine business improvements.
What has been your biggest learning or lightbulb moment since joining the PI Club?
Understanding the different approaches to challenges that other club members are looking to implement and the benefits this can bring to our customers in Gateshead.
