The session will be facilitated by Rob Bryan, CEO, Vantage who will reveal the Financial State of the Sector FY21/22 results. The event will bring together CEOs from across the country to discuss the headlines and key themes from the report in the context of the challenges facing the sector.
Now in its sixth year, the State of the Sector report provides an overview of the financial performance of the social housing sector, based on the results of over 120 RP’s covering almost 90% of the sector. We will present the headlines and key themes from the report and discuss these in the context of the challenges currently facing the sector.
