Vantage Shortlisted for Northern Housing Awards 2019

Rather than handing out awards for the sake of it, the Northern Housing Awards have been recognised for being serious about making a difference and sharing sector best practice. The invited judges said the Northern Housing Awards stand out from the crowd as they as look for true innovation, gain corroboration from customers and asks how the best practice has been shared with the rest of the industry.

Vantage have been shortlisted for Consultancy of the Year, specifically for our work with social housing providers to help them increase their financial strength, build more homes and enhance their customer experience. 

The Vantage submission featured examples of our work including a spotlight on Pobl, who are one year into a post-merger transformation programme.  Pobl commissioned Vantage to unlock the potential benefits that the merger could deliver.  Vantage have developed a business transformation plan that aligns services to their customers’ needs, including re-designing the Assets Team structure and repairs & maintenance operating model, putting the customer at the heart of service delivery.

Also featured was our work with Yorkshire Housing.  Vantage recently undertook a piece of work to analyse their repairs and major investment expenditure profile for the last five years.
